I didnt buy them from sparks or any other cb shop and like I said before I paid $42 for the set so if there junk not that big of a deal to me, its when you spend 75-100 dollars on just one and find out its junk then that might be a little upsetting, i am not ready to take that chance. theres a couple other post on this site about the browning and they say there very happy with the performance, Dont know I dont have them setup yet, in my company truck i have a k40 and hate it and that cost me 60 bucks
I am just amateur but the TA Commerce City Summit CB shop owner Chuck recommended the Browning BR 79 perhaps because of cost and pairing up with a simple Cobra 29 LTD. I appreciated his help and knowledge. You professionals out there probably own your own CB shop but the Amatera who doesn’t know anything just needs an honest knowledgeable coach. Personally I think Chuck is such a person. He certainly has enough business as evidenced by all the work orders stacked up!
He recommended that you purchase that antenna from him because the profit margin is so high. Wholesale on that antenna is probably $13 and he's probably selling it for 60 or $75 so he's making quite a profit . There's better antennas out there especially if you run around in the snow and ice and salt.
