Cab Crapper

I am going to team drive with the wife. Has anyone used one of these?

This looks sanitary. Reviews say there is no smell. You can keep the bag on it so you can’t see it. Cleaning it at stops is easy and fast. No time consuming bathroom stops that eat up your hours. The only problem I see is the impulse to hard break when the wife is using it.

Seriously.

So with team driving you can’t just be stopping all the time when one of you needs to go. Holding it can lead to medical issues. A bottle is not a great option for women. Going in a bag and chucking it at cars is frowned upon by the PD.


What do yall do?

 

Look to the woods.I think deficating in a truck is pretty gross.I would take a little time to find a clean sanitary bathroom. It's not going to hurt to hold yourself for 30min. if it's an emergency, see first sentence.

Plus, where will you dump it?
Will you just carry it inside the truckstop restroom?

 

It looks like an RV type of thing. As long as everything is kept clean I think I’d be ok with it. Zip the bag closed and only use it for when you have to or else.

I think this may be a modesty saver for the wife and more sanitary for women.

 

Imagine the time you could save with an in cab shower system
Maybe also a kitchen?

Myself, I'd want one of those massage chairs flying j has now. A hot tub would be a close 2nd.

 

I definitely wouldn't want to drop a deuce in my office.

 

This type you gust take in the truck stop bathroom and flush the waste.
This is what i had in mind.

 

There is no freight, no matter what the office tells you, that requires you to avoid stopping to go relieve yourself. Sure, team freight is expedited freight, but if it is that critical, they should have put it on a plane. Quit being a slave and if you need to go, STOP.

 

I can get in and out of a rest station in 3-5 minutes. You got to take a 30 every 8 hours.

But yeah... you go ahead and haul your crap w you then misuse your time cleaning that stinker up every day.

 

I used a human camp toilet, essentially a fancy correct built kitty box for humans and the necessary solid and liquid waste disposal supply refills to go with it. It fit neatly in one of the cabinets and never gave us any trouble. And you wont believe that it is possible to have need of it in certain parts of the USA where there is no bathroom for love or money. (Sometimes even if there was one, you wouldn't...)
