    how are the catipiller engines on the 2007-2008 387's. good bad indifferent.

    2007 emission CAT engines are very problematic in the regen system. ARD heads tend to fail, CGI Valves, ARD combustion valves, lots of external systems added to aid the regen system as is overly complicated vs cummins. The engine is very stout but the regen system is the downfall.

    not to mention the cost of these parts are very expensive
