Coldliner Express

This was hands down the worst company I ever worked for and quit after 7 days. The owner spends his days ranting on the phone. It is a fear and anger based culture of abuse from Doug 24/7.

He controls people that way. The drivers are mostly a bunch of total losers. Marci does not like (insert the N-word here) and does not hire many. She told me she was not going to hire any more.

That is what 7 days in hell was like there. Trucks are total crap and you will wait days for a Tyson load without pay.

I have worked some pretty bad driving jobs but this place was the worst X 10.

 

after only a week that's a good way to really start to lock yourself out of any company that's worth a darn..
people see you as a habitual job Hopper..
you'll be stuck with places like this for the rest of your career if you're not careful..
as far as being an equal opportunity employer I doubt about the N thing to tell you the truth because you could always file a complaint with the BBB and the ethics board..
show the read the reviews before you came on board did you read them at all you pull up the company coldliner Express a Columbus Ohio click on the reviews you could see a lot of negative reviews there and some of the arguing going on from the owners about all we don't do this and we don't do that. when as a owner of a company when you have to argue your point to back it debunking lies you lose a lot of credibility of my book...

 

I doubt if the Better Business Bureau would handle an EOE complaint. That's not what they do.
And what is the "ethics board"? That's one I haven't heard about.

 

if they were dropping N bombs to the employees there are different people you can simply contact to report...
if a company is an equal opportunity employer and that means that nobody she bonide or subjected to race or insults in an accredited business...
but it's somebody like him only worked for him for a week the more I started looking at his posts from the last few hours at the time and it was one company after another and then seeing Balkan worshipping after only a few days... I just said you know what forget it
I just simply tried to say if you are being subjected and hurled and bombs by an owner of a company that supposed to be a legitimate company not paying you under the table and there are steps in channels you could take to report that's all but then I just gave up and said F it

the BBB is a perfect place to report a lousy company many companies have been reported to it also along with the ripoff report I'm just giving him some ideas as to what he can do but once I realize who this is and I looked at him multi rapid posting with company after company I just said screw it...
