    Truck Stops..
    If you're working for Swift..they will give you some at the Window in the Terminals.

    If you try to get them at Grocery Warehouses, alot of times they don't have any or will charge you like $5.

    go to the dispatch window at any swift terminal and ask. they'll give you a stack. while there, get lumper receipt book and swift seals

    And several tablets of scan sheets so you can avoid terminals like a bad rash.

    I was going to tell you that you can get them at dispatch windows of Swift terminals...did anyone say that yet?

    Comchecks always grab a stack while at a terminal. Before you know it you'll have more than you know what to do with.

    I don't know if they still do it but you use to be able to call Comdata and they would send you a whole box if you want a lifetime supply. That's how companies get theirs. Just pretend you are an owner operator.

    If you are in a bind at a customer get on the CB and someone will give you one.
