I was wondering if being scheduled for Orientation with any company meant anything as far some sort of obligation/contract, could you be penalized or held responsible if you were to change your mind or back out due to plan change or is it as simple as telling them your not interested anymore? (Before Even Starting Orientation)
orientation is nothing but a 2-3 day job interview.each side can back out no questions asked.only penalties are for flunking the wizz quiz.
It depends on the co. Some of the companies won'tsay too much about it. Except for "Thank You For Your Interest". Stay away from JB Hunt. They screwed me by putting on my DAC that I worked for them everytime one of their swweet taking recruiters called me.
