My dad used to drive for them back in the early 2000's or so. They jerked him around several weekends in a row then one weekend when he took a "hot load" for them they left him sit on a major holiday 400 miles from home empty when they told him he would get a load back. Father in law used to be their lead diesel mechanic back in the late 90's, said they treated their drivers well and always made sure their equipment is in top shape. Their home office is in my home town of Sidney Ohio. Ive not heard anything bad other then what my dad has had happen, but he can over emphasize things quite often

They are building a new terminal in Ft. Worth, and advertising locally on CL. I just dont want to leave if its not going to be better conditions. The only reason why I want to leave my current employer is all the sitting on broker loads are never ready or deliveries. They said they dont do broker loads.

They also advertise opening a terminal in Danville, Va. hmm if they run from there to Ft Worth that could be great!

Updating: Well whats on paper and advertisement is not what my personal experience has been. It is not what I expected so far and the regional is more like a dedicated with different customers. I will speak with a few people to see if things get better but so far bait and switch in my opinion.
They like to float the 8/2 split and doing a 8/2 at a customer with truck rocking while loading or unloading is not proper rest imo. I have around 1k miles or less from Wed to Sat. I hope this is a fluke but we will see in one more week!

First of all...don't ever respond to job ads on Craigslist because generally it's bad news...that website alone is notorious for con job ads.
