I was fired recently from CRE. When my final check was posted they took everything I had made for their school payment . I expected a payment to come out as per agreement. When I called payroll about it I was told that was the agreement I signed. I asked for a copy to be sent to me. I was told it would be in the mail today. After that I contacted their personel dept. and asked for copies of everything I signed while in their employ. I was told nothing would be sent, it was strictly CRE's property, I can go to salt lake city & look thru it but it can't leave the property. Is there anything that can be done about this ?
OMG not another Cree Thread! Sorry to hear that you have just been screwed by Cree but what exactly did you get fired for? Possible solution is to get a portable scanner and ask to read and try to scan the documents. Far fetched but probably your only solution.
If it was a lease deal, call OOIDA. They might be able to help you or guide you to someone that can help you.
