Does your carrier allow you to "Creep" around to load / unload in Off Duty or Sleeper birth status ?
Do they allow you to deliver or pickup a load in Off Duty Driving status ?

Why would you want to creep around or load off duty?

Save hours or not to interrupt a break period.

You can't pickup or deliver a load while offduty the logging device puts you on line 4 after like 5 minutes while truck is in motion.if you get too many violations you will get fired I don't think you want that do you?

I know its a HOS violation and so does the company.
The ELD mandate does not work for all facets of trucking. Not everyone runs a truckload type of operation.

Obviously that is not legal, so a company will never officially allow it. What that means is if something happens while doing it you will be thrown under the proverbial bus.
Also, if you are working for such a crappy paying company you have to work 80 hours a week, you need to find a real job.

What is this allow you speak of.

They must turn a blind eye to that unlawful activity.

If you are looking for validation to that kind of illegal action then you should not be in trucking.

The HOS is set in stone even deeper with the new ELD computers to harness and stop this kind of BS.

In fact you should not even be with a bad company that does that kind of problem.
