as far as i am aware of, it is a DOT reportable. if you already have your permit. however, you will have to attend a SAP program, on YOUR DIME, before the school can take you back. but it is not a DAC. Driving School Applicability: Is a person who is attending a truck driving school, and does not yet
ok, but it is NOT a DAC...unless.....you were an employee of that company, like say a dockworker. at a trucking company.? then you're DAC'd..if they subscribe to DAC
At this point a positive drug test from a school is not DAC reportable and because there should be no DAC record you might very well be able to avoid the SAP/return to duty process. However bear 2 things and tattoo both to the inside of your eye's. First you ARE technically disqualified once that schools MRO reports it back as a positive. This will NEVER go away on it's own. 2nd If you do get your CDL and are involved in a bad accident and a lawsuit if filed your dead meat if an Attorney discovers this. Further more I rather you not be driving if you can't stop using one of the 5 DOT prohibited substances. Go get yourself clean stay clean then get that CDL. Otherwise STAY THE HELL OUT OF TRUCKING!!
Thanks if I knew wasn't dirty I would have never even jeopardized my future this is something I would love doing I stop long ago but never properly flushed it out I just thought if I stop 6 months ago it would just go away but my weight factored in so but could you explain the school MRo to me
