I admire your positive attitude. I wish you do more research. #1 Do not ever do a lease purchase from the company you are working for. They control what you earn. #2 You are not going to fire anybody, your dispatcher is who Dart says it is. If you do not like it they will gladly take their truck back. #3 They advertise in my area for .95 cpm. I would not put my key in the door for that. Guys that work for that kind of money are the reason this business is the crapper. JMO I will probably honk a lot of people off but it what it is.
