I have 2013,CASCADIA,EPA10.DD15.. I had five different SPN codes pertaining to deaf system the def pump was leaking so the def pump is change the metering valve was change all the heater lines change fresh DEF fluid and limiting air valves change codes cleared,New updates on 3 ECM computers.Trk Ran fine for one day all the codes came back all three check engine lights back,I done couple regens, also fine reset..Nothing. need help please
I had a 13 back in 15-16. Once it got to 450000 or so miles I had all kinds of def codes , all the time. Lost power, smelled like piss in the truck, sometimes the codes went away but they always came back soon. Amarillo FL said they fixed it, they didn't, Fontana FL had it for a week and said they fixed it, they didn't. Finally KC FL replaced a major wiring harness and that did it and I didn't have anymore def issue. The mechanic told me that those wiring harnesses are too close to the underside of the engine (I think) and they get burnt or melted. Anyway a month or 3 later the entire transmission suicided so I never drove that truck again.
Yup, repaired my wiring harness also. It runs from the One-Box , over the top of the transmission and down to the Aftertreatment Control Module.
Low NOx efficiency, poor def quality, too many regens. The first and second codes are likely the result of the third code. Could be DOC face plugged. Are your Jake's working fine? If not , it can cause incomplete regens.
Yes my Jake's are working fine Freightliner had taken a look at it they trying to tell me the one box another shop said maybe ACM going bad..Not sure what to believe..Regen working fine.
Hope it's not the One Box thats very expressive. I had 2011 Freightliner and the low Nox conversion. They replaces sensor but in the end the DOC filter went bad. They are built into the One Box and can't be replaced.
You need to check up the post from MYHM, when you get a chance ity will save you thousands!! Its your NO x sensors, Freightliner can not duplicate what your truck does out on the road with their computer, Oh, its not tghe NO x sensore they say, change both , let the outlet one hand out in the fresh air problem solved
