i thought those were pretty much brokers? if so, a few companies i worked for used them, when my company had no loads. they "take over" all the details and you take your "orders" from them. not really that bad, but some can be a PITA as they want constant updates. but some only want to be updated once a day.
I am dispatching myself, but plan on dispatching others, who dont know how to operate a loadboard and dont want to talk to brokers
