Im scheduled for training, now I need to schedule my physical and CLP. Who does everyone use for the DOT physical? I was probably going to go to one of those urgent care places unless someone has a better suggestion. Southern NH

Stay away from places like Concentra. They and places like them will push to make you get a sleep study.

We have had several drivers that get theirs done at CVC pharmacy clinics that give them good reports.

Find a Chiropractor that does them. Unless you are young and in perfect health.

Find a like a small urgent care facility, something like where a company would send an injured worker, small facility.

All the doctor and the DOT will know about your medical history is what you tell them on the form. The doctor is not your partner in health, not your psychologist, and not your friend. They are the person that can end your career with a careless sentence from you.

Absolutely correct. They also dont report it to DMV, Its up to you to do that, If you dont like the physical go get another one. Your medical history is your business, I dont put it on forms or applications.Just got my 2 year med no problem at 67.

Dont give them any ideas, they will want some sort of mandatory reporting BS.

Doctors and medical clinics DO REPORT TO DMV the DOT Exams they conduct. I have no clue if the doctors/clinics report the info an applicants puts on their DOT long form or not. But the doctors and clinics do report each exam they give to the state. In my state they have 10 days to report to the state when they give a DOT exam. Once the state knows of your most recent DOT exam they will, in a few days, cancel any DOT exam you had before the new exam. So if you go get a DOT medical exam, get a result you don't like, and fails to get another exam within a short period you will be driving around with no valid DOT medical card.
