Scale bypass service according to their site. I don’t have it, but now I’m curious as well. Drivewyze: North America's Largest Weigh Station Bypass Service
I have it, just gives you a bypass message when you’re going by the scales. Saves it on the QUALCOMM in case you get pulled over in error you can pull it up and show that I gave you a bypass message. Big pop-up that hits the screen makes a loud dinging sound if you have the volume up. Many times it will tell you “pull in unless closed” or follow signs. I like it because I get bypassed over 95% of the time using the system. In fact I’ve went months before having to stop at a scale.
I’ve never seen that, don’t know what that is. My company might not enable that part of it or something.
My truck talks to me, tells me to slow down, if I’m on the freeway and it’s 60mph and the camera sees a 35mph sign on the access road this really nasty female voice tells me to slow down, she sounds menopausel. It’s not drivewyze though.
I have it. I dont have Qualcomm or Elogs. Its a bypass app on my phone for bypassing scales. Being a 1 owner truck, I probably get bypassed on %70 of scales. I pay, I think like $17-18 a month. If you go to US and Canada its like $22-23 a month. Well worth it for me.
We run it here in MN because the Prepass unit wasn't a site that got us many bypass lights. Drivewyze is incorporated into our peoplenet eld units as an app and we get a bypass or pull in message on the screen. Easier to see than the little lights. We like it for our states port of entry sites. Works in conjunction w a company's safety/inspection record I believe.
I discovered it this morning while approaching the scale on 13 S/B in MD. Needless to say I was a little surprised. I pulled in anyway though because I had no idea what was going on. I suppose it appeared with the latest updates to the computer in the truck.
