I have 2006 T2000 C15, I was tightening the coolant valve and wrench hit nut behind the alternator and caused a spark/ground and now no power to anything. I've checked all the fuses and none blown, any suggestions.

I am not a KW guy and usually don't come in this forum, I just seen this post in the side bar. Pete's have a mega fuse under the hood by the steering column in red housing (above the starter on the firewall). If KW's have a similar set up, you may have blown that mega fuse.

Now I know where all of your good advice comes from - working on all those other brands. Seriously though, thank you for all your time and advice that you put on here. Dan

In a W9 that mega fuse is I believe in the battery box, not sure where it would be on a T2000.

Thanks GrapeApe and Oscar, the shop have narrowed it down to a relay in the fuse panel box, also we did find the mega fuse in the battery box. which was ok.

However, when we applied power directly to the alternator it would start, but that was fixing the symptom, hopefully replacing the relay will be the fix.
