FedEx contractor

    Does anyone know if FedEx contractors that go by for FedEx policies of course ,pay overtime at a New York terminal??

    I'm assuming you mean driving OTR for a fed-ex contractor, right ? If so, no, because interstate freight hauling dis-qualifies employer from having to pay OT. Even if the driver never leaves the state.

    Actually, states have the say-so weather to pay OT. I know in Ca. it's a no go for the reason I explained above.
