I contacted OOIDA. I didn't even notice I got a response. Wow. Their list includes three pages. I will have to go over all of it to check what I missed.

I will have to organize things a bit better to have all in one place.

 

I just keep it all in 1 file, Drivers file, and add the annual updates. Copy of record, violations report, and annual review. Not bad, once a year. In fact mine is due to update in 2 weeks, glad you reminded Me of it.

I can give you a contact that I used for about a year that helped me get all my documents up and moving if your interested.
