Stay away from these joker's. I drove for them for over 3 years and on September 4th i was becoming ill and i delivered on the 6th in GA. ( i didn't take out their insurance due to the cost and i wasn't getting any miles for the past year or more so i wouldn't have been able to pay my bills if i took out their insurance, i had to save up trips just to make more than 500.00 a week). I told my dispatcher to take me off the board because i was not feeling well. the next day i called my dispatcher and told him i was coughing up blood i stayed in touch with them the entire time and when friday came i went to withdraw money off my comdata card and my card was blocked. Brad Jones tried to make a diagnosis over the phone and tried to tell me i wasn't sick and that he wasn't going to pay me and the entire time they were telling me to go to the dr but i couldn't since i had no money to pay for the office visit. i called them and asked how i am suppose to go to dr when you are withholding my pay and they said it wasn't their problem. i told them i wouldn't drive with me being sick like i was and i called them the following thursday and i was told i no longer worked there, i offered to drive the truck back to iowa and was hung up on. they owe me over 2,000.00 and they trashed my dac. they put unauthorized location w/o notice, unauthorized use of equipment and that i was late on pu/delivery. i never used their equipment except to haul their loads and when it was time for me to go home. i was never late on a pu or delivery unless weather, shipper related. i never had any accidents or tickets i also wasn't put oos. they will run you over hours constantly and they never want to get their equipment fixed. every truck i had with them had major issues. They still have not paid me what they owe me. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.

Hope you kept the truck and sold it for parts! Seems like they wouldn't have cared if they didn't ask where you would leave it or if you would bring it back and trashed your dac.

 

Both of you are correct. My girlfriend can even tell you two how bad they are. If someone codes your trips that you scan in with transflo to the wrong area then they hold your pay until you get them rescanned . They are truly a disgrace and it is companies like them that making trucking so undesirable. i ordered my own DAC and that is what is on there. I do have a lawyer and i am going to take them to court. Hope everyone has a great day.

 

Their safestat score for HOS and 1 other category exceeds the threshold for intervention. i filed a complaint with FMCSA. They are notorious for firing driver's and then putting crap on their DAC that isn't even true.

 

Another horrible OTR company, most drivers never learn though and still hire on anyways.

 

Unfortunately it took me a little over 3 years and them blacklisting me for no reason for me to find out. Until people stand up against trucking companies like this then it will continue. I seen other post's where some of their driver's are defending them and Florilli is on another web site as well for bad stuff. Their fatigued driving ( HOS VIOLATIONS )and vehicle maintenance EXCEEDS the threshold for intervention by the DOT. I feel that any company who's safety rating is as bad as what theirs is and one who exceeds 2 or more basic thresholds should be issued a cease and desist order and have their authority revoked. I love driving and now i will never be able to drive again until they are ordered by the courts to remove the erroneous info. They outsource their human resources and Peoplease has changed their name again to Driver Bridge and they even put on my DAC that i was a no show which i have never been a no show and they even put unauthorized location w/o notice and unauthorized use of equipment. Does anyone know of a company that doesn't use DAC?
