So what is the average check take home for those working there? I saw one say 1800, but that honestly seems high based on the numbers of 43cpm.

For the short time my partner was running solo, their average take home pay after taxes was 850-900, and that was with rather low mileage.

Anyone else have pay? 900 a week is nothing for never being home.

Take home is going to be different for everyone depending on tax exemptions claimed, state of home residence/applicable taxes there(if any), benefits selections, etc. Started with them as a rookie out of CDL school at 42 cpm. My take home(Fed 1, no state tax, no insurance, 8% 401k deduction) has been as low as 500 on a slowwwww week and as high as 2000+ on an insane week. August was painfully slow, but things have been picking back up, and the checks are good right now. Two weeks ago was 1200, last week was 1450, and this coming week should be in the same range.

As Lonestar87 said, pay is going to depend on a lot of variables. Your miles are going to be different every week, unless you're on a dedicated account. You're also gonna have weeks where your pay rolls over to the following week. An you get a big check. But remember the more you make, the more uncle sam takes. Throws you into a higher tax bracket.

I get all those variables, basically to me 1500 a week before tax is the least I would do to be OTR. If they can not average that, all the company offers is a shiny prison cell.

I remember getting a 3450 dollar check. After deducts, 2400 even is what got put in my bank. No state tax, thats just federal stuff and my 401k. That wasnt for Fremiller, fyi.
