How many long do you have to stay out to stay home 5 days? Also what's the pay like?

RayBlaszak, one day off for every week you're out. Pay has increased from .40 cpm to .43 cpm as of two weeks ago. I think they'll work with you as far as taking more time off than 5 days for your vacation time or if you have an emergency. At least they did in my case.

Is that for no experience or is that the experienced pay? What kind of places do you guys deliver (Grocery Warehouses pbviously) but are you guys servicing national places like Walmart, US Foods, etc. Or the crappy places no one else will touch. I see your trailers at a place in Chicago

My fiancé just started with them and was hired on at 43 cpm with their experience, so if you have experience that’s where you’ll start. It’s 40cpm if you’re a new driver I think, and team drivers start at 52 cpm split.

Not sure about teams, but for new otr drivers, it’s 42cpm since the end of June, then 43 when you hit 6 months. For drivers with experience, they base the starting pay not from how much experience you have, but how long you stayed with your last company. Some exceptions may be made on a case by case basis though. I think regional drivers start at 45cpm, but a lot more shorter hauls.

42 CPM for experienced drivers seems kind of low to me.

2 days for every 7 would be a great deal for me. I have no wife or kids. Plus their trucks look like they are built for driver comfort

42 cpm is for brand new drivers, from fresh out of cdl school to 6 months experience, then at 6 months it goes to 43. Beyond that you’d have to talk to a recruiter or someone with more experience than myself.

I'm looking for a new company and I thought my .465 cpm was bad for my experience. FM sounds awfully low for a refrigerated company.
