Is Freymiller strictly a owner operator company or do they have company drivers? Do they help you with getting everything you need if you do the lease purchase program (i.e. LLC, Permits, Plates, etc)?

 

They have company drivers and i believe you have to be 6 months with them to become a lease purchase.

 

well they hired me for a lease purchase and said I have to pay for my own hotel, transportation, and food for orientation. They asked me what year and color of truck i wanted to purchase and the add on I wanted. So i am confused about starting out company and then going to lease after 6 months. my recruiter is Lisa

how much is the orientation pay as a company driver? how long is orientation? are the benefits good? what can I expect in the orientation? I found out today I have the option of going company or lease right from the get go. which one is the best choice?

 

There's no way I'd go lease with them right outta the gate. You need to get to know this place, and the lanes we run. If you want your own truck, no problem. Buy one from them, and run your own authority.
