    I see them all over I-74 and I-39 in Illinois and Indiana. They pull vans and grain wagons. They're definitely more than a 1 truck operation.

    That is a dedicated operation being run by Blackhawk Transport out of Beloit WI. I pulled a hopper for them a few years ago out of Decatur IL.
