Handicaped?

    To be quite honest, a handicap really doesn't automatically shut the door on getting a medical card. As long as a medical doctor thinks you can still perform the job safely, he or she can issue a waiver. You still get the "1yr only" medical card, though.

    Yep!

    There are alot of drivers who have had back surgery, total knee replacements, and have other nasty handicaps that limit their walking abilities but not driving.

    I say as long as they can drive safely for themselves and for other's let them drive!:yes2557:
