I just had a minor heart attack.
I called KW to make sure they had tie rod ends and a drag link in stock and get prices.
The tie rod ends were not bad, but when she priced the drag link, it was 324.99, about what I expected.
When she told me The price of the drag link, all I caught was 2499, Iabout croaked and told her she had to be talking about something else. lol

    Was it 24.99?
Or 2,499 Canadian dollars which is around 14 cents in American money?

I usually just take a nitro pill when pricing something I haven’t purchased in a few years.

Was she not quite good looking enough that she only “almost” gave you the big one?
Maybe you would have better luck checking out one of the sales girls...

    I’ll go next...

I had a cab AC blend door go bad on a truck. Can’t replace it of course. Must buy the entire module. List his $1854. My guy at KW hooked me up for $1390. Plus I have to pay 90/hr for installation.

    Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

Actually the one I was talking to is somewhat of a doll, but somewhat new to being a parts person too, she was the I guess you would call her the receptinist for years. Now the parts girl that was very good at her job but left last year, was a sure nuff show dog, she could have given me anything she wanted to. lol
I do miss her, as she did know her parts, much better than even the manager and took good care of you.
