Hi Abu, welcome aboard. I don't know much about car hauling, but I do know there's lots of it. Most of these smaller car carriers are always looking for drivers, but can't guarantee where you will go. There are a lot of local jobs, many requiring a class A or B CDL. If you don't have a CDL, that limits you to things like package delivery, beverage hauler, food service, garbage haulers, all pretty demanding jobs. I say, get the CDL, and work from there. Good luck
And BTW, I'm very disappointed in the readers here, that may have given you more info if your name was Bruce Johnson, or whatever.:biggrin_25513:

'make' or gross 10k a month? Two VERY different things.

II will tell you what my grandad told me when I bought my first truck, some times you will think you are getting rich, but maybe the next week you might be thinking you need to file bankruptcy.

Now have you hauled cars with a rig like that? Do you have some contacts, used car lots and such, cheap, but better than hauling for insurance co.
Or you going into this blind?

I talked to a "car hauler" yesterday in NY. He was running a 7 car trailer and claimed he was making 15k a month running from NY to Texas and back. He said he earned 30% as a company driver. He also asked if I knew any companies who were hiring drivers. Hard to believe people sometimes,
