If you really need to find some one who will repay your Tuition but not including a mega carrier then you most likely do not want us to give you any other mega carriers that provide paid schooling? And plus, if you need a job, Werner is a job, money is money as long as you work your tail off and not mess up.

If I read correctly, forgive me if I am wrong, you have already been through school? If so, alot of company's do offer a tuition reimbursement. Schneider, Swift, etc. It takes alittle research. We don't want to spoon feed you ALL the information.

Most larger companies have some sort of tuition reimbursement. For example, Schneider will reimburse you $150 per month up to $3500.00. THere is nothing to pay back nor any obligation that goes with it. If you work there for 12 months and thus would have been reimbursed $1800.00( it doesn't start until after 30 days of employment) and then leave the company you owe them nothing. It essentially is a "Loyalty incentive" vs tuition reimbursement. I think this only works with the first company you go to. It is doubtful any company will reimburse you after you have been out of school longer than 60 days or so.

Depending on your employment (or lack thereof) situation, there may be grants available that will cover the entire cost of tuition. No need to worry about reimbursement then.

Right out of school the more training you can get the better off you will be. I am not talking about second seat in a team operation but that is better than solo too soon provided the 1 st seat guy is truly experienced and a good driver.

Watkins Shepard out of Missoula, MT, they offered the reimbursement and 10 day paid orientation then you hit the road SOLO. Good luck.

Well we can warn you about every carrier out there they are all crooked to an extent and they are all as honest as they have to be. Honestly I wouldn't be scared of Werner at all they pay what they say every week and you get valuable training.
