I cashed out a retirement plan and took about 18 months off. Now I can't seem to get a driving job with 6 years exp.no accidents or violations....Any help would be appreciated!!

Not sure what your looking for but you might try Eastern Freightways. They are a northeast regional dryvan truckload carrier that pays around .40 cpm (depending upon experience). They are expanding but primarily run from Maine to North Carolina and out to Ohio. They try and get all the drivers home on the weekend for at least a 34 hour reset (if the driver wants to be home) otherwise they will offer weekend work which does pay a 50.00 bonus if the customer requested weekend service.

You can find them by looking them up online Eastern Freightways 212 Black Horse Lane North Brunswick NJ.

I have driven for them for over 6.5 years so far and just recently brought my wife on board to get into their new team division to run long haul. So far so good. We just got a round trip from Camp Hill Pa to Montebello Ca and back. A little over 5100 miles round trip.
