can anyone tell me an attorney to contact to sue swift and state of tn?
After 2 1/2 years of driving Tn cancelled my cdl stating third party tester didnt follow dot guidelines? Apparently I chose the wrong school (swift). Tn wont say what was wrong with testing and they are still investigating yet my cdl is cancelled found out by dot in illinois on my way to washington. I team with boyfriend we lease our truck and now it sits til I can retest. anyone that has information or can help please do. Oh I have called Swift and as expected they arent offering any help phoenix refers memphis number who refers training academy number that apparently all mailboxes are full and you cant get a live voice. nice huh?

thanks i got some more info ' unlike what some think i wasn't given any prior notice. i love driving but i cant seem to jump through enough hoops. i now have to have proof of residency b/4 i can retest. i am ( was) a lease owner so i gave up my apartment put all in storage and lived over the road but apparenlty this isn't legal so says tn dept of safetys director who also stated that they have the right to cancel anyones license at any time for any reason so beware.

Yeah, you and a bunch of others got shafted big time on that deal. You're wasting your time sueing Swift. Just re-test and get on with your life......:biggrin_25510:
