Yep, mileage pay does not mean much if you're getting socked with a bunch of expenses, or most usually, not enough miles.

i've been with them about 6 months. they are okay so far. only getting 2100-2400 miles a week. there is one dispatcher i dont like because it's obvious she does not care about the drivers. she dispatches loads out of the nd-mn area. i have worked for a couple of big companies and so far, i find that i am the least amount of miserable since i got into this business. the trucks are pretty good. guess i been lucky so far. the shop people are difficult but they are there when you need something. getting home is a problem but isnt it always something?

it is hard to get detention out of them. they will rarely pay you layover since, once you have a load, no matter when it picks up, you are not laid over. if and when i leave these guys, i want more cents per mile. tired of busting my butt for pennies.

I like them, keep reminding them to get home when you in a certain region remind the dispatcher! It works!
They allow enough time to get from here to there. I really dont have anything bad to say about them, rare for a medium size co. Other drivers usually have good advice. Crossing country is not where the money is, prefer 7 or 11 western shorter runs.
    Happy here

We started about 2 months ago.. we were getting pretty upset our miles are low.. but they seem to be getting better. So will have to see if they stay up there. It could be it takes awhile to get into the loop. It seems to be a good company to work for tho..

We have been lucky they bring us home when we want. but we have only been home once. we stayed out 6 weeks the first time... never again..lol we go home every three weeks now. The pay is not great.. But for this area (Fargo) it is about average. We took quite a drop in pay. But we live 50 miles from terminal. so it works better for us.
