Can someone offer a rate for an intermodal shipment going from NJ-CO. and advice on the best way to calculate those rates in the future. I opened my brokerage this year and at the beginning focused solely on OTR but now I am in a position where I am looking to offer additional modes of transportation. Thank You, Bill
