    With the possibility of HOS getting reduced from 11 hr max per day driving, knocked back to 8 hrs max, how will l/o drivers (& o/o drivers) survive?
    Anyone here have any back-up plans or ideas?

    Not getting knocked back to 8 hrs. So far, it is left as is. They WOULD like to drop it to 10, but have no scientific evidence to back that up. Proposal is open for comments at this time.

    I think of you have read all 670+ pages of this thread and you still can't make a decision then I would go elsewhere. Do you need someone to tell you where to work? You will find drivers for and against every trucking company in this country, it is up to the individual to judge what is the best fit for him.

    I read them all and I can say that if I want to lease a truck and haul reefer freight I will go to JCT first.

    FMCSA has released their new proposal. OOIDA has on their website.

    They're doing some janky tampering with the 34 restart.
