Hope you've got plenty of money in the bank. I tried JCT, my lease was terminated after 4 months. They sent me and my wife back home on a bus from tulsa, took it out of my settlement of course. Gave me 4 hours to get what i could fit in 2 bags a piece for the bus, i lost everything, most importantly my dignaty. Said i'd still receive my last settlement, they took it all. Then did $2600.00 worth of work to the truck after i left and charged it to my maintainance escrow, left me with nothing. Hope they don't think their getting the 1600 they think i still owe. My prayers will be with you driver, hope they don't stick it to you like they did me. there's much more to my story, but i've given you enough to go on. There ARE some drivers who live by JCT, but they are the one's who recruit suckers like me and get the 1200 dollar referal bonus. Who needs miles when you'remaking $1500 a week recruiting drivers with lies.

Sorry that you got terminated for whatever reason. You're assumption that people on here are lying is just bs. First of all I'm not here to recruit people. I'm here to answer questions. Idk who recruited you and don't know what he told you but if you came on this thread first and read every page you should be able to make a decision. Nothing on here is a lie period!

The key is, why did your contract get cancelled. I believe I know who you are, and I know why you were asked to leave, let's see if you will tell the truth. If you are complaining about them taking your escrow for repairs, then you should have examined your contract before you signed it. Nobody held a gun to your head when you signed it. As far as getting recruitment money, I have brought several drivers to this company, and never recieved one dime for doing it. Take your story some where else

Have you read this entire thread? You may want to block out about five hours per day. Your answer lies within.

Until you tell the rest of the story then what you have told us means nothing. Obviously there was a reason for your contract was cancelled, why not start with that information and go on from there.

"suckers like me" "Gullableme" (?) What lies did the recruiter tell you? Lots of bold statements, light on the details.

You are not writing about your favorite trucking company, so why post here and not on the bad company board?

Should have been back to work this week, but my wife is in the hospital. Hopefully she will be OK, and I will be back next week

I also feel that going to JCT was a mistake. I will say that they termd my lease because af a WalMart load that I was told to bring to the yard by my dispatcher then yelled at for doing so by the night dispatcher. I am not one to let someone yell at me like I am a first grader and so I yelled back. Wrong move. Do not stand up for ur self if you expect to be around the company for long. Run ur truck like they tell you to and dont ask any questions and Im sure you will do fine with them. Im sure that there is money to be made at JCT but you must conform to thier way of doing business.
