Unless you can afford to buy your own truck and trailer and operating authority, then of course you have to conform to THEIR way of doing business. That's the difference between Lease and INDEPENDANT.

I don't see the problem, you had the first instruction on the qual so night dispatch could see it right? It probably wasn't the yelling but the words you yelled, right?
Again, this belongs on the BAD trucking company board, your input is important just post it next door.

Ouch! My dad started Chemo about five years ago, then gave it up and went to a place in Knoxville. Went away and no relapses.

I posted it here because I have nothing against JCT. The driver asked about JCT and I felt like he should get another view. I did not bad talk JCT so why should I post on another thread whose purpose is to do just that? Surely you are not implying that someone with a different view should not be able to voice it are you?

Once again another broad story with no details. I'm not saying that you the driver are lying but I really don't think night dispatch started yelling at you when you approached the window and told them you're dropping the load.

You are correct in thinking they did not yell at when I approached the window, They waited almost 2 hrs and yelled at me while I was across the lot in the shop lounge. In my opinion it does not matter when they yelled. My dispatcher told me to do one thing and night dispatch told me to do something else with raised voices. Im not here to discount JCT or anyone who works there, I do however feel that when someone asks about a company they deserve to hear about more than the pretty flowers and kitty cats.
