I have been working on filling out applications online for cdl training, the question i get hung up on is where it ask if you have been in any at fault accidents or major speeding tickets. 4 years ago i got pull over for speeding quite a bit over but i did not receive a reckless driving ticket. I didn't want to have driving school because i worked full time and was in school full time and simply didn't have time so i paid the $135. 2nd about 4 years ago as well a mattress pad flew off of a truck and landed on a ladies windshield well she locked her brakes up on the interstate and im in a 76 Chevy pickup with no abs so as you can imagine what happened i rear ended her going 70mph and got ticketed for the wreck. And a few months ago i got a ticket for 60 in a 55 and went to court, well to not drag this thread on anymore i purchased a copy of my mvr and my license is completely clean and there in nothing on there what so ever, should i report these incidents to the company on the application if they are not on my mvr?
