KAG/ARL

Seen a few KAG trucks pulling ARL tanks around the Chicagoland area. Did ARL sell out? Or is KAG renting them?

 

I’ve seen KAG pulling a lot of different trailers, Messers, Air Products, Lawsons

 

Well its KAG, the rate cutting kings of the tanker industry. Like one KAG driver told me "KAG will run stuff for #### nearly free just to get an account".

 

I feel the same way about ARL.

 

KAG bought ARL late last year sometime.

 

Crazy,just crazy

 

That's the way they are in my part of the country. It's unbelievable what some of their rates are.

 

KAG is the Swift of the tankers industry

 

I was told that KAG drivers average 80-90,000 thousand a year, so they can’t be that bad

 

I don't disagree with you, but still, ouch!
