There's a guy on youtube that goes by "doonerlivingstone" who drives for them. From what I can gather his father also works there and has been there for years, I think I remember him quoting the pay somewhere around 60K for a driver that will run, in his latest video posted up yesterday he stated that he has been out for the last 2 and half months though. Check it out, think he's been there around 6 months or so and by his videos he seems happy.

They are a LTL flat operation. They tarp most of their stuff. Problem is, try tarping a single piece of machinery. Can you say PITA ? Nice equipment though, Also have a yard or something in Orange, Ca.

Started with Kaiser Tranport today, did a DOT physical today, along with a physical agility test I guess you would call it. then the normal stuff that's done on first day of oreintation, the way Kaiser does things, straight up group of folks so far, they do have nice equipment, later.

The equipment seems top notch. Hometime doesnt seem to be important to Kaiser from what ive heard. But thats not an issue to some folks.

The home time , like most companies is determined by where you live, they run out of Janesville Wi. to Orange Ca. Getted loaded with picks there and run east mostly up in the northeast, they go to Canada quite abit also, they are LTL , you may have 3 drops in one load, drop the first load and they are looking for a load to fill that space, but anyway, living where I live, i will be out for awhile.

They have orientation here,if thats what you mean, you must have 3 years flatbed before they will except your app, so they say, this place is a whole different ball game, their way is all I can say .
