Everyone seems to trash their old work place. Its either they're not getting miles or hometime, but yet the driver spends money on lizards, advances or eating out everyday. Trucking at its best lol
I did FB for a couple of years. Enough to discover how it censors everything and divides people. I let it go three years ago and never looked back. I am worried for my Israeli Brothers left over there, and they too left FB for Security reasons. We were actually recieving threats and posts from our Terrorist enemies on social media. It's crazy how some towel head in a cave can tap out something to America....
Not trashing my old company, My old company has a load planner, initials AC, that is running drivers off left and right. I happen to know of a letter that was composed and submitted to Jim Richards, CEO of KLLM, that got no response so to me it speaks volumes about the company. I can also attest to the washbay at FFE Lancaster, the concrete needs to be redone on both sides. the holes there will screw up a tire.
AC? Hm... FFE used to maintain a do it list gathered at all levels for example wash bay and tire boys need to have english to continue working there. Im not here to pick on KLLM, there is a couple FFE trailers not far from me stripped of the paint, sitting lonely waiting for a load.. all their lonesome... It would be easier to discover I would suggest that if you have people from the FFE days staying on for KLLM days those are the ones you want to talk to. They simply do not have the time or effort to chase down a hole in a concrete pad or a problem someone could fix with a short time of work. How about this.... Instead of me creating problems for you, let me ask you this... have you thought about patching that hole yourself? For example? Small things like that.
I wasn't speaking on YOU trashing your old company, just speaking on all drivers in general. Idk a thing about the bay, but I do know when I drove for kllm back in 06 there equipment and facility in Jackson, Ms was great. With that being said I was just looking for information on there refresher course. Its boiling down to kllm, western express or Crst.
If you want to do battle with the DM and find a GOOD ONE who matches your outlook on life, you should look at KLLM. However... There is a growing saturation in drivers seeking employ and those who are more or less less inclined to be professional. I would also look at Western Express but every company offers different things. As far as the 15 dollar check hiding somewhere behind the desk... this is not the place for it.
Well I'm prepared to get screwed, I just want to know which one of these companies doesn't use Vaseline lol. With me having three years verified experience already and being out of a truck since 07, I know that I have to go pay my debt to the trucking society with one of these crappy companies for at least a solid year. That way I can find me something local in Miami.
