As most of you have seen, I've had a bit of a hard time getting going on my own. The past few weeks have been pretty good. Had problems, but worked threw them. I got a new DM and he is great, absolutely works his butt off to take care of me on the road. He has no problem sitting on the phone with me, or even calling me to check in on problems. This is night and day difference from my first DM. I must say it makes a huge difference having a good DM. I've been getting some really great miles, Having to take some not so great runs to do it, but frieght is slow, and I'd rather be rolling then parked at Love's.

Thanks for all the help you guys/gals have been, yall know who you are.

I'm at home right now, getting services and some other things fixed on my truck, Nice to be at home after 3 weeks out.

You've got a great DM and you're willing to take what's offered. Cool beans, bro!:biggrin_25514:

Being willing to take what is offered is more important now than ever. You are proving yourself to the company. Your paying your dues to be allowed to move up to more bigger loads, and longer runs.
Better yet, your doing it with a positive attitude. Which is much easier to do with a DM that will work with you, rather than tell you, this is what i have take it or leave it.
