Can't drive sleep and clean the truck, watch movies ,sleep some more, repair the logbook, eat, sleep and hope the state has the money to plow the roads! No since in wrecking the truck being dumb!

Generally during a storm, a good one...I-80 through Iowa is nothing more than a parking lot in the median, from the glory boys that don't know to shut it down and let the roadways get cleared. Last time i was on I-80 between Omaha and Des Moines, I quit counting at 85 rigs not on the road surface. Sorry, but that is just stupid, loads can be rescheduled for delivery and/or pick-up.

To be poetic: If the pucker suction between your butt cheeks is greater than your wife's Hoover vacuum cleaner with an empty bag...you should have parked it long before the pucker took effect!

Once your stuck, all you can do is wait it out. I try to keep tabs on big storms. Rather than try to drive through it, I stop somewhere on the edge of the storm. This way, I do not get snowed in. When the storm passes and the roads are open, I can get moving instead of waiting, along with hundreds of other trucks, to get pulled out of a snowed in lot full of stuck trucks. Not my idea of fun especially when a little planning ahead can avoid the problem.

Never been snowed in so to speak, but been stuck at truckstops for up to 3 days waiting for wyoming to re-open the big roads. If I notice the weather starting to turn nasty ill drive to my abilities and then park it. There have been times when I wish I would've kept driving because then I would've been on the other side of the close road where I needed to be. But when stuck somewhere because of weather I watched lots of movies, surfed lots on the net, slapped lots of jaws together with other drivers and what have ya.
