? Food service doesn't work that way... They normally just pay hourly. They know how long the unloads normally take, so you have to work hard. If you slack off they end up firing you or demoting you into a helper position. Starting rate in my area is about 21/hr, but with decent raises over the 1st few years, and 50-60hr weeks.

Mbm mostly delivers to resteraunts. Load is normaly loaded on pallets and you have a pallet jack. Unload trailer from a liftgate.
Don't know which DC your looking at but l worked out of NC delved to Hardee's .pay was mileage and pieces.was close to 15 years ago made great money,great benefits very hard work tho.
