    Can anybody out there tell me what its like being out there with a mentor? ive been through orientation but came home and then decided not to go but now the jobs around cincinnati blow and i havent even got an phone call about one so im think about going back to swift a little help if u can.

    Mentors are like anyone out there. Some good, some bad. My hubby is out with his atm and he is learning quickly and moving the wheels. He is learning the Qualcom and what Swift expects for running the road. You need to keep an open mind and remember it is a temporary arrangement until you get your hours and miles. From what I have read on the posts here, if you really dont get along with your mentor Swift will get you another one.
