I don’t plan to. Obviously if I need to immediately correct something due to safety I will, but otherwise I am patient and try to be gentle. Constructive criticism is always welcome! But if someone feels compelled to be rude or ugly to get their point across, they’re getting ignored and get a quick exit from my life. Losing that one individual doesn’t matter. There’s 300 others ready to make the same point but who can do so politely and professionally.
And a State trooper might find it illegal for a trainee to operate a CMV without a proper English knowledge. He might give a little fine to your trainee.
You think that male and female are different. And that's a good start. Because they are. And do you prefer to deal with male students because they are easier to handle? How about the females? Are you going to give up on them, just because they are more difficult to handle? Don't they deserve an equal opportunity? Here you are. And here are your choices. Choose wisely. Thank you.
