There is always room for error.
    We are humans.
    We are not machines.
    Deal with it.
    Thank you.

    TarnishedSoul Thanks this.

I'm reading right now all the 7 pages on this thread.
Just to give you a reasonable good advise.
    I haven't finish yet.
Just bear with me for a little while.
    I'm an actual trainer.
Once I finish reading, I'll write some notes for you.
    Maybe tonight.
    Maybe tomorrow.
I'm retired and I'll take my time.
    Are we good?
    Thank you.

    Wargames and TarnishedSoul Thank this.

I don’t plan to. Obviously if I need to immediately correct something due to safety I will, but otherwise I am patient and try to be gentle. Constructive criticism is always welcome! But if someone feels compelled to be rude or ugly to get their point across, they’re getting ignored and get a quick exit from my life. Losing that one individual doesn’t matter. There’s 300 others ready to make the same point but who can do so politely and professionally.

    OK.

    Just be patient.
    I'm getting there.

And a State trooper might find it illegal for a trainee to operate a CMV without a proper English knowledge.
He might give a little fine to your trainee.

    Wargames Thanks this.

You think that male and female are different.
    And that's a good start.
    Because they are.
And do you prefer to deal with male students because they are easier to handle?
    How about the females?
Are you going to give up on them, just because they are more difficult to handle?
Don't they deserve an equal opportunity?
    Here you are.
    And here are your choices.
    Choose wisely.
    Thank you.

Look brother. You give them something. You get something in return.
No biggie. It's an even exchange.

    Wargames Thanks this.
