Hmmmmm...I feel compelled to warn you, "right away" doesn't exist in any part of trucking. There's a real chance that you may have to be patient with a fairly fresh misdemeanor. The company paid training is mostly the mega companies and they can be tough to get through in terms of screening. If your career center is open, I'd suggest seeing if your state offers grants for schooling. I got most of my tuition paid for that way. It was a little leg work but I managed to stay working in the mean time before I received the grant.
