Russian owned and illegal as hell running. Most of their drivers can't speak English at all. I have met some where I have pickup and delivered.

You won't be legal is what I'm saying. You will be running and then redo logs and keep going. I don't know since most of the Chicagoland companies pull cheap freight from brokers/load boards.
