    There should not be alcohol anywhere in that truck at any time period. If it is I would get away from the situation immediately and contact the upper management, if thy refuse to deal with it get DOT involved thy will deal with it.

    what is a PSD student..??

    and NO to drinking, heck there shouldn't even be a drop of alcohol in the truck, let alone a single can or a six pack or a case.

    YOU can be charged with an "open contanier" if you get pulled over for some reason or another, or there is an accident, if YOU are behind the wheel.

    inform your company NOW.....
