I think some O/O'S I know here on the forum would disagree with you,about not having to answer to anyone,but,hey,have a good time here..
My last job was managing a fleet of 30. So i meant to say no more dealing with the same vast amount of fools, over, and over again everyday. These O/O's you speak of are leased to someone? or? own authority? I know there are a lot of variables in this game.
The ones I "know" are leased on....There is much info to be had here,and no doubt,you will be "talking" to many different folks here,have a good 1...
