I was perusing wreck videos and came across a video about that horrific crash on I-70 coming into Denver about three years ago. The way he blew by that escape ramp boggles the mind. Hopefully, this driver is enjoying his new digs in the Colorado Supermax basement.
Meh, if he doesnt understand the language. How the heck did he get a license to drive here? The test requires comprehension of the language to pass.
I had seen that too....kinda on accident while watching vids with the kids. I looked into it quite a bit and read as much as I could find. Bad story!
Does the US have a drivers licence exchange program? In Canada If a person has more than two years driving experience and holds a driving licence from another Canadian province or territory, or from a country with a reciprocal agreement they can exchange their driving licence for a Canadian licence.
That's not universal across the country. Last time I looked, BC, AB and ON do not allow for a CDL/Class 1 exchange. SK does, MB I don't remember and I didn't look beyond that.
From what I understand. Unless you have served in the United States Armed Services. Everyone is required to take the written test.
Actually, it's racist to assume something might be racist because either it is racist or may become racist. And anyone who reads this post is a racist, unless they are of a minority group that is incapable of being racist.
