    I'd get the plate number and description of the car.. call highway patrol.. hit the save feature on the dash cam... then go to the shoulder and stop, just to see if he had the cojones to stop as well.

    The situation could have been diffused much quicker if the truck driver would have backed way out of it and let the car go. Something must have happened between the two of them earlier.

    I had that happen to me one time in Oklahoma I flashed my headlights and went to stop on the shoulder, he took off like a bat out of hell. #####
