One problem with cr England is there recruiters act like they have no time to talk to you. After been on hold for 15 minutes twice I only get a voice mail how am I supposed to work for somebody like this.
Simple,don't.If recruiters are rude you don't think your dispatcher is going to be any better do you?
I understand that. But if you are wanting to hire me and I'm calling at least tell me we will get her to call you back as soon as she is free. Im tryin to explain to the first recruiter that picks up the phone after 15 min I can't get in touch with her can I talk with you. Next thing he did was ask for my social, then the phone starts ring instant and voice mail picks up same recruiter that I tried to explain to him about no answer. Call Central back. Recruiter picks up in 7 rings I told her I'm ready now she pulls up my recruiter name, tells me hold for a moment. She comes right back to the phone tells me my recruiter is either busy or not in her office at the moment. She told me she will leave her a message to give me a call back. Ten minutes later my phone rings and says this is Central sorry I missed your call and set me right up. Now that's business I know they are not the best company but at least they show they want me.
That's what I was doing buddy. I had been accepted by central back in July just wasn't sure that's who I wanted to go through but after this I believe strongly. They are my choice.
look young man the telephone was a problem on my 1st day of trucking and on my last day of trucking. you have too learn to not let little things bother you. or trucking will become very hard for you.
Look old man I been interested and into trucking since very young. My father has been driving for years, my brother, two cousins, and a couple friends. I understand trucking just never been out on my own. I also understand that if I am qualified for more then one company. I don't have to put up with there bs. If you read any post I ever wrote, or posted on I never asked anything about how is trucking and what is this like in trucking. Only thing I ever asked was about company training. I UNDERSTAND THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME! I'm a newbie at getting his license thru a company not at driving or the trucking lifestyle
